What you are actually buying
Website design is the part people think they understand and usually do not. It is not choosing a colour and a font. It is deciding what a stranger sees in their first three seconds, what you need them to do next, and what is currently stopping them, then arranging a page so that the answer is obvious.
A template cannot do that, because a template was drawn before anyone had heard of your business. It can only be filled in. That is why a templated site so often looks fine and converts badly: nothing on it was decided about you.
Designed in a browser, not in a picture
Most studios hand over flat mockups. A mockup is a photograph of a website that does not exist yet. It hides how type reflows on a narrow phone, how a menu behaves when it is opened, and how long anything takes to appear.
We design in the browser instead. When you review the work you open a link on your own phone and use it. What you approve is what exists, which is why nothing surprises anyone at launch.
Arabic, English and French, set properly
Lebanon and the Gulf are not single-language markets, and bolting a translation onto a finished English site is how you end up with punctuation on the wrong side of a sentence and Arabic rendered in a Latin font that has no Arabic in it.
Right-to-left is built into the foundation from the first day. The whole layout mirrors: not just the text, but the navigation, the arrows and the spacing. Arabic is set in typefaces made for Arabic. French is a first-class option where your market expects it, which in Lebanon it often does.

What it costs
Design is not billed separately. It is part of every tier. A single well-structured page starts at $450, a full custom business site at $1,200. Prices are set for the Lebanese market and quoted in US dollars; work for clients outside Lebanon is quoted separately.
Whatever the figure, it is agreed before anything starts and written into the contract. It does not move after that.
