The project builder on the homepage takes about a minute. You describe the business in your own words, pick a few options, and it tells you which plan fits before you commit to anything. It is the route that gets you the most useful reply, because we start with your context instead of asking for it.

If you would rather just send an email, that works equally well. Tell us what the business does, what you need the site to achieve, and roughly when you need it live.

You get a reply within one working day, written by a person who has read what you sent. It says what we think the project actually is, what it would cost, and what we would need from you. Or that you would be better served by something cheaper, when that is the truthful answer.

Nothing is charged and nothing is committed at that point. If it goes further, the next step is the blueprint stage: the awkward questions, a page-by-page plan and a fixed price, agreed before any design work starts.

We use them to reply to you and to scope your project. That is the only purpose. No lists, no resale, no marketing. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics scripts. The privacy note says exactly what is stored and for how long.
