Pure Performance
Your pages open in under a second, even on a phone with a weak signal. That matters twice over: visitors leave sites that hesitate, and Google pushes slow ones further down the results.

Custom websites, stores and apps, designed from scratch. No templates, no bloat, and you own everything. Tell us what you need:
Unshakable foundations. See the site your brand deserves.
Every website we design stands on the same three. Speed, because a slow site loses both the visitor and the ranking. Original design, because a template cannot carry a brand. And multilingual typesetting done properly, because a translated page is not the same thing as a bilingual one.

Your pages open in under a second, even on a phone with a weak signal. That matters twice over: visitors leave sites that hesitate, and Google pushes slow ones further down the results.
02
Nobody else will have your website, and it will not look like the same AI-generated template showing up on every other business's site right now. Every page starts blank and is drawn around how your business actually works, not dropped into a layout that was built for someone else first.

Both languages are built in from day one, not translated on at the end. The layout mirrors correctly, the Arabic is set in real Arabic type, and French is there when your market expects it.
The services built on that foundation:Web DesignWeb DevelopmentE-CommerceWeb Applications
Most agencies show you a portfolio of sites they built for someone else. We would rather you tested the one you are on right now. Run it through Google's own speed tool, before you ever speak to us.
The speed guarantee
If your finished site does not hit Google's speed marks on mobile when we hand it over, we keep working on it for free until it does. That sentence is in the contract. Where a build is heavy enough to put those marks out of reach, an application doing real work in the browser for instance, we agree the target with you before you sign.
Engineered for sub-second loads
Every project moves through the same four stages, from the first questions about your business to the day you get the keys: a plan before anything is designed, a design before anything is coded, a careful build, and a properly tested launch. Each stage is signed off before the next one starts, so what you approve along the way is what actually ships.
We ask the awkward questions before anything is designed: who buys from you, what you need them to do, and what is stopping them today. You get a page-by-page plan and a fixed price. Nothing appears on the bill later.
Type, layout and colour land first, in a real browser, at real sizes. You review something you can open on your own phone, not a flat picture that hides how it behaves.
Everything is coded against the version you approved. Speed is checked while we build rather than audited afterwards, which is why the numbers still hold on a weak mobile connection rather than only on office wifi.
We put it live, test it on real phones, and hand you the keys. The site, the code and the domain are yours. Take them anywhere, whenever you want.
One-time build fees, the same in every country we work in. Each one is a starting point: we agree the exact figure once we know what you need, and it does not move after that.

The plans page puts all four in one table: add pages and languages to any of them, switch how hosting is billed, and watch the totals move. The refund terms are there in writing.
Compare all four plansYou do, outright. The code, the domain and the hosting account are all moved into your own name when we hand over. There is no builder to stay subscribed to and no licence to renew. If you ever want to move to another developer, everything they need goes with you.
The price on each plan is a one-time build fee, and it is the only thing you have to pay us. Hosting and maintenance are offered as a separate monthly or yearly plan, and they are genuinely optional: you can take the finished code and host it yourself instead, and nothing about what you own changes either way.
Each plan lists what it covers, and the pricing page shows the four side by side. Design, build, testing and launch are always included. Extra pages and extra languages have published prices. Things bought from someone else, like paid photography or a payment gateway subscription, are charged at what they cost us and never bought without asking you first.
The build is paid upfront, and it is backed by a written refund guarantee rather than by a deposit structure. Larger custom builds are split into stages with their own payments. Prices are quoted in US dollars and are the same in every country we work in. If you are outside Lebanon we can invoice in your own currency.
You get everything back if you cancel within seven days and before we have shown you the first design. After that the refund steps down as the work goes in, and it ends when you approve the design and building starts. The full wording, including what is never refundable, is on the terms page rather than buried in a sentence here.
Two full rounds at the design stage, when changes are cheap, plus unlimited fixes to anything we got wrong against what was agreed. We push review early on purpose: rebuilding a page after it is coded is slow for us and expensive for you, so we make sure the shape is right before anything is built on top of it.
Then it isn't finished. Passing Google's mobile speed marks at handover is written into the contract, not just promised, and if your build misses them we keep working on it at no extra charge until it passes. A small number of builds cannot reach those marks because of what they have to do, such as an application running real work in the browser or a payment provider whose code is not ours. Where that is your project we say so at the quote, and the target we can hold goes into the contract in place of the standard one.
Right-to-left is built into the foundation, not bolted on afterwards. The whole layout mirrors properly, and the Arabic is set in typefaces made for Arabic rather than a Latin font falling back to whatever the visitor's phone happens to have. Nothing ends up with the punctuation or alignment stranded on the wrong side.
You can run it yourself. The Foundation plan and above let you change your own text and photos without touching any code. If you would rather we handled it, that is what the maintenance plans are for. Neither is compulsory, and saying no to both changes nothing about what you own.
The studio is in Beirut. Most of our work is for businesses in Lebanon and the UAE, and we take projects anywhere else the fit is right. Everything runs remotely either way: you review the site in your own browser, we are reachable on WhatsApp and email, and invoices can be issued in your own currency. Being in the same working day as the Gulf and most of Europe means you are not waiting overnight for an answer.
Probably not if you need it live this week at the lowest possible price, or you want a template lightly recoloured. That work exists and is cheaper elsewhere. We are the right call if the site genuinely matters to the business and you want it built properly rather than assembled.
Tell us what your business needs. You'll get an honest answer within one working day: what it takes, what it costs, and whether we're the right people to build it. No obligation either way.
