When a website is not enough
Booking systems, member areas, internal tools and product ideas that need real engineering. Built for businesses in Lebanon and the UAE that have outgrown a brochure site.
How you know you are here
A brochure site describes your business. An application runs part of it. The line between them is usually crossed the moment someone on your team is copying information between a website and a spreadsheet, or a customer has to phone you to do something the site could have done itself.
Common shapes: clients booking their own appointments and the calendar staying correct; a members area where each customer sees only their own records; a portal your staff use that nobody outside the company should ever reach; a product idea that has to work before it can be sold.
The database comes first
Most applications that become painful were painful from the first week, because the data was shaped around the first screen someone drew instead of around the business. Changing that later means rewriting everything built on top of it.
So we design the data model before the interface: what a booking actually is in your business, what happens when one is cancelled at the wrong moment, who is allowed to see it. That conversation is slower than picking a template and it is the entire difference between an application that survives its second year and one that gets thrown away.
It connects to what you already run
Almost nobody starts from nothing. You have an accounting package, a calendar, a payment provider, possibly a POS. An application that ignores all of it just creates a second place to type the same information, and the two drift apart within a month.
Integrations are part of the build, not a phase two. If your bookings need to appear in the calendar your staff already open every morning, that is what happens.
What is included
- A working application, not a brochure site with a form on it
- Customer logins and staff accounts, with real permission boundaries
- A database designed around your workflow before any screen is drawn
- Connections to the tools you already use
- Built to the same speed standard as everything else we ship
- We stay on as your engineering team afterwards, if you want us
What it costs, and how it is scoped
The Architecture tier starts at $4,500 and is always quoted specifically, because no two of these are the same job. What does not change is that the figure is agreed before anything is built. We do not start work on an hourly arrangement and discover the scope together at your expense.
Larger builds are split into stages with their own prices, so you can stop after any one of them and still own something that works. That is deliberate: it keeps the risk on us to keep earning the next stage.
Describe the workflow, not the software
Tell us what your team or your customers are doing by hand today and where it breaks. We will tell you what it would take to build, what it would cost, and whether an existing tool would do it cheaper.
