What we collect
Only what you type into the project builder, the pricing page and the contact form: your email address, an optional name and phone number, anything you write to us, the project type, style, goal and timeline options you select, and the plan, extras and hosting choice you configure. Nothing else.
We do not run analytics scripts, advertising pixels or tag managers on this site, and we set no cookies. Aggregate, anonymous traffic counts are produced by our hosting provider at the network level; these are not tied to you and involve no code running in your browser.
The one exception is the private area we sign in to ourselves to write the blog. It sets a single sign-in cookie, and only on that part of the site. It is never set on any page you can reach, it holds nothing about you, and it is not used for tracking.
What it's used for
To reply to your enquiry and scope your project. That is the only purpose. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties, and we will not add you to a marketing list.
Where it's stored
Submissions are stored in our hosting provider's infrastructure (Cloudflare) and delivered to our own inbox. They are retained for up to two years so we can pick a conversation back up, then deleted.
Your project builder selections are also saved locally in your own browser so the page remembers them if you return. That copy never leaves your device until you submit the form, and clearing your browser storage removes it.
Spam protection
The enquiry and contact forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a real browser rather than an automated script. It loads only once you have opened an enquiry form or started typing into the contact form, never when you first arrive, and it does not track you across other websites.
